Dental insurance has become a very popular benefit for both employers and their employees. We offer dental plans with free choice of any dentist and a variety of benefit options. Most plans pay 100% on preventive care, 80% on basic services such as fillings, then offer a variety of coinsurance levels and waiting periods on major services. Employers can pay for the coverage or make it completely voluntary with employees paying total cost through payroll deduction. Dental Carriers provide network and indemnity dental plans some major carriers are Allied, American General, AIG,  Shenandoah,  Companion Life, and Securian. Many more are available.

Allied: Designed for groups of 2-99 employees, Dental Design offers two different plan options that allow choosing any dentist for their coverage. The plan features optional orthodontia benefits, takeover benefits and, for groups of 10 or more, a special enhanced benefit option. Horizons dental design is the forth generation of Allied's small group dental plans, which have been in continuous operation since 1980. The plan is backed by Allied National's superior customer and agent service. Join with thousands of other small employers who offer this popular, yet economical employee benefit.  The Standard Plan is available for groups of 2 to 24 insured employees. Custom plans are available for groups of 10+ (required for groups of 25+) and provide lower premiums. Choose either Indemnity or PPO* plans with custom options for each. • With the Indemnity plan, insureds can choose any dentist for services without a penalty. However, a “Passive PPO” network using the AIG National Dental Network SM is automatically included. Voluntary use of its dentists at 59,000-plus locations may help reduce coinsurance costs and eliminate balance billing by the dentist**. 2 • 100% preventive care benefits with no deductible.
